- How can I save energy with my current system?

- How do I find out what the warranty on my system is?General information regarding warranty can be found here. You can also request job specific warranty details here.
- Where can I find my Lutron project/job number?
Currently, you can find this number, commonly referred to as the “Lutron Project Number,” on the front of any dimming panel (labeled as “J/N #”), on the As-Built drawings, or on system submittals. It will be 5, 6 or more digits long. If your system was manufactured prior to 1992, the panel label will have a “Pre-System #” or “Serial #” and will be formatted as 012-#### or 014-####.
- Can I extend my initial service plan?

- How do I schedule a visit for my system?
You can schedule a field service visit via phone (1-800-523-9466, option 4, then option 1) or you can contact our Scheduling Representatives via email here. Please contact us at least 10 working days prior to your requested visit date.
- Where can I purchase replacement parts for my system?
If you have details on the part that you need to replace, you can reach a Parts Specialist by phone (1-800-523-9466, option 4, then option 2) or by email here. If you are unsure of the parts you need, our Tech Support Representatives can help you. You can reach them at 1-800-523-9466.
- Are there any technicians available locally?
We have field service engineers in various locations across the nation. They service Lutron systems in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Our Scheduling Representatives are responsible for scheduling the appropriate engineer to service your system.
- Can I make additions to my current system?
Virtually any Lutron lighting control system can be expanded to meet the changing needs of the building in which it is installed. Our systems are modular and expandable, allowing you to add the additional capabilities or capacity required.
