Ethernet

Ethernet is a standard communications
protocol embedded in software and hardware devices.
It is the standard used to build most local area networks (LAN) found in homes.

The RadioRA-SR integrated scene controller features an RJ-45 port for connection to a LAN
and other ethernet-enabled devices using standard Cat-5 network cable.

RS-232

RS-232 is a widely-used standard for communication between electronic devices. It provides
a roadmap for the way devices speak to each other using serial ports.

The RadioRA-SR integrated scene controller features a serial port for connection to
other devices and systems that support RS-232.
