Lutron is an Equal Opportunity Employer

The Lehigh Valley
Live well.
Live nearby.
Enjoy more out of life.

Lutron is in Pennsylvania's Lehigh Valley, just outside of Allentown, Pennsylvania in the town of Coopersburg. Our headquarters is conveniently nestled between Philadelphia (one hour South) and New York City (1.5 hours East). Most of our employees live within an easy 20-minute drive, avoiding the frustration of congested commutes. A very nice new house or a magnificent older home nearby will cost you much less than in many other metropolitan areas.

Professionals moving to the area often comment that they were surprised that "there is so much to do here".

The Lehigh Valley is also a great place to raise kids, with first-rate public and private schools, "big city" cultural offerings and an unrivaled selection of outdoor activities. The Pocono Mountains, New Jersey shore beaches, Atlantic City, Baltimore and hiking in Pennsylvania are just a short trip from home. Lutron employees often take an active interest in our Community as well.

The following links will show you a taste of the great things that happen in the valley:

Community
Our community is important to us and we take pride in the Lehigh Valley. Lutron supports a broad range of community interests including United Way agencies, educational institutions and the arts and entertainment. Lutron employees regularly

volunteer their time to support our Explorer Post, local festivals such as Mayfair and Musikfest, and for local events ranging from the MS 150 bike tour to the March-of-Dimes walk and local schools' technology clubs.
