Lutron is in Pennsylvania's Lehigh Valley, just outside of Allentown, Pennsylvania in the town of Coopersburg. Our headquarters is conveniently nestled between Philadelphia (one hour South) and New York City (1.5 hours East). Most of our employees live within an easy 20-minute drive, avoiding the frustration of congested commutes. A very nice new house or a magnificent older home nearby will cost you much less than in many other metropolitan areas.

| The Lehigh Valley is also a great place to raise kids, with first-rate public and private schools, "big city" cultural offerings and an unrivaled selection of outdoor activities.
