| GRAFIK Eye QS and seeTouch QS can be ordered with buttons blank or engraved. If the unit is unengraved it is shipped with a prepaid engraving certificate. One prepaid engraving certificate is required to order each engraved button kit. |

The Design Tool will generate correct model numbers for the GRAFIK Eye QS and allows you to print all the forms (completed) to order your unit. If you have a color printer, the rendering of your unit will print in color.

When ordering a GRAFIK Eye QS control unit, a seeTouch QS wallstation, or a faceplace replacement kit that will ship with non-standard text (-NST) button text, fax completed Engraving Form(s) from the Design Tool or completed manually, to:
