Ultra-efficient battery management technology

The Palladiom Wire-Free Shading System runs on Active Energy Optimization, a battery management architecture designed to optimize the efficiency of traditional alkaline batteries to extend battery lifetime. This shade uses no more than six D-cell batteries, while still maintaining an industry-leading battery life of three to five years using fewer batteries.

Performance-driven design solution

Purposefully designed to be remarkably simple, this shade has an integrated RF antenna for reliable communication and replaceable batteries that are housed within the shade itself. Shade hardware is designed to conceal programming buttons, LED indicator lights and the battery change mechanism, and the bracket is available in seven curated, hand-finished materials.

    The simplest of the three forms, the jamb bracket is designed to sit elegantly inside a window frame. The minimalist geometry extends the roller tube outward and into the wall, and the shade appears to float in midair.

    To accentuate the minimalist aesthetic of the Palladiom Shading System, utilize the exclusive Palladiom Bottom Rail. The subtle curve along the hembar face matches the roll diameter at the top of the shade, so that when the shade is fully open, the hembar nearly disappears into the negative space behind the shade itself.

    Palladiom shades are available with a variety of other hembar options, including styles that are fabric-wrapped like the Half-Wrap Architectural Bottom Bar. Finished end caps can be customized to match the bracket, available in all seven finishes. All Palladiom shades feature the Lutron patented Intelligent Hembar Alignment, which uses a two-part electronic control system to maintain synchronized hembar alignment within one-eighth of an inch during motion, and at all resting positions – in one room or in your entire home.
