Customized shade schedules are developed to limit the depth of solar penetration into the space by combining information about building location and façade orientation.

IntelliDemand Load Shed

Smart load shed allows facility managers to shed a percentage of the system’s lighting output to reduce energy costs for their facility. This can result in lower electricity rates or rebates from utility companies and energy aggregators, who offer demand response programs. The ability to eliminate or smooth out energy peaks can also have a significant impact on reducing peak demand charges from the utility company.
