The state-of-the-art, 585 m² (6,300 ft²), space showcases a full range of Lutron commercial and residential solutions, including total light management with daylight integration, advanced LED compatibility and control, and scalable, expandable retrofit options for single rooms through entire buildings. It also features a guestroom showcasing cutting-edge integration for comfort, style, and energy efficiency, and a model home equipped with a variety of sleek, innovative Lutron products that incorporate the latest in smart-home technology. Three meeting rooms provide training and collaboration for up to 60 people. The European Experience Centre - like its associated facilities in North America - invites customers to talk with a Lutron professional about all their design and enterprise needs.

The Commercial Experience Centre in Manhattan, designed to meet the WELL Building Standard, provides an immersive experience that reveals how lighting and controls can impact different space types and people’s sense of well-being. Indeed, the centre is designed to inspire and encourage clients and customers to expand the ways they think about lighting design. At its core is the Lutron HXL approach, a broad philosophy of human centric lighting that deftly employs four elements of lighting design - natural light, quality light, connection to the outdoors, and adaptive and personalized control - to help people be, work, and feel their best. In addition, the centre features a wide variety of Lutron solutions, including Ketra - dynamic smart lighting that mimics daylight indoors - Limelight smart exterior lighting control, Quantum lighting control and energy management system, and Vive wireless controls, to help clients and customers realize their visions.

Lutron’s New York Residential Experience Centre has been beautifully reimagined. Nearly triple the size of our previous centre, this 4500 ft² facility offers plenty of room for enhanced project collaboration and hands-on design experience, as well as a contemporary training facility. The centre is fully-stocked with product samples and literature and provides convenient areas to comfortably discuss your project needs.

Other features include design and selection tools and a full range of shade fabrics to create the perfect lighting and shading solution for any home. Our model home invites you to enjoy an immersive, luxurious experience of integrated lighting and shade control installed in a realistic home setting. Ketra Collaboration Studio

The Collaboration Studio at Ketra Headquarters was designed by local Austin architect, Michael Hsu. The combined experiential and training space provides an inspiring backdrop for designers and their customers to ideate and innovate together with the Ketra team. The space is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows and awash in natural light, creating the perfect environment to showcase the advantages of Lutron and Ketra solutions. Lutron World Headquarters – Pennsylvania

Our Pennsylvania Experience and Training Centre delivers residential lighting control and electronic shading systems in a beautiful, 186m² (2,000 ft²) showroom. Every space in the centre features elegant seeTouch keypads, which can change the ambiance of a room with a touch of a button. The centre also features a stunning hospitality suite customised with Lutron controls to create a beautiful, comfortable, and personalized experience. Your tour ends in Lutron Design Centre where you can view samples of our products and begin designing your own system. Each area of the showroom also demonstrates the energy savings inherent with Lutron lighting control.

Florida

The Florida Experience and Training Centre showcases the very meaning of convenient elegance through light control and shading systems. The gorgeous 232 m² (2,500 ft²) showroom is the original Lutron Experience Centre, and it continues to illustrate the modern advantages of one-touch lighting and shade control. As in any Lutron experience centre, your tour ends with product samples and design assistance with your projects.

California

The California Experience and Training Centre presents a dazzling array of light control and shading systems in an impeccable 1022 m² (11,000 ft²) showroom. With ample room for both large commercial and residential scenes, the California Experience Centre exhibits smart, intuitive lighting controls that pair with energy-efficient system designs. Visitors can discover the advantages and differences of our product line in numerous scenarios. All of the solutions shown save energy while enhancing the comfort and beauty of each setting.

Toronto

The Toronto Experience and Training Centre and Commercial Specification office is a LEED Gold certified space and is strategically located in the Greater Toronto Area, where it is easily accessible from the airport and major highways. Visitors to the 255 m² (2,750 ft²) space learn how Lutron not only pioneered dimming but how we have grown to develop industry-leading energy-efficient solutions found in Canada’s most prominent buildings. All of Lutron’s commercial products and technologies are on display as we are pleased to showcase scalable wired and wireless solutions for both lighting and shade control systems.
